    • Due to the nature of cannabis products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
    • Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.

    • If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
    • We may require photo proof before issuing a replacement or refund.

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
